Every now and then when I don't have an early morning tee time to play golf I hit the hot spots of Gulf Shores at night. Me and my buddies (with our wives permission) start out at the Flora-Bama for brewskis and tunes.You can walk to the FloraBama (and we all know why that’s a good thing) from Phoenix X. Or maybe the official Gulf Coast Taylor Hicks “Soul Patrol” American Idol viewing party at LuLu's At Homeport Marina . You may see Taylor’s proud Grandmother taking in the festivities. Perhaps you’d like the hearing the Foxy Iguanas or Jeff Ruby at the The Undertow. Or try to catch Brent Burns, who’s “Living the Life Jimmy Buffett Only Wrote About”. All of these are a short drive from Phoenix All Suites Hotel.
